Rules of Conduct
A. User Names
- must not be associated with K2 Network or its employees
- must not contain swear words or derogatory remarks in any language
- must not infringe on the rights of another living person or entity
- must not belong to a celebrity or media personality
- must not be similar to any trademarked or copyrighted product or service
- must not be associated with any religion or deity or religious practices
- must not be related to alcohol, illegal substances, sex or any criminal activity
- must not be a partial or complete sentence
- must not utilize a misspelling or otherwise circumvent these naming restrictions
B. Chat and user interaction
- K2 Network at its sole discretion may prohibit or censor the use of chat that is deemed to be offensive, including without limitation to content or language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, nor may one use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the content and language restrictions
- users may not disrupt the natural flow of chat or conversations through the use of spamming or scrolling
- users may not advertise goods or services existing outside of the service provided
- users may not harass any single user by repeatedly sending unsolicited messages
- users may not communicate any users real or personal information
- users may not employ any automated device or software that allows for unattended communication
- users may not cause distress or discomfort or impede the enjoyment of another user through any use of the chat interface
- users may not use the chat interface to defraud another user of items, monetary devices, user names or passwords
C. Game play
- users may not use or exploit errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players
- users may not use tools to hack or otherwise alter the service or software provided
- users may not use the service for means other than that which is intended by design or designated by K2 Network

Definitions:
Law Violation K2 Network is required to uphold all Federal (United States of America), State (State of California) and local (County of Orange) laws. However, if any laws are violated as per local jurisdictions, we will honor those as long as US laws are not superseded. Any illegal activity will not be condoned or tolerated.
Alternative MU Operation/ Server Emulator Maintaining or participating in the use of an identical service which infringes in the license agreement between K2 Network and the title's publisher.
User Interference Any attempt to impede the enjoyment or progress of another user through any means.
Advertising Soliciting or announcing any service or product that is not provided with the service.
Payment Fraud Using a credit card or payment method that you do not have authority to use. This is considered theft and fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Hacking Changing the game client or using a third party application to circumvent the established design of the game.
Hacked, Bugged, or Stolen Item Any item that is not obtained through the natural course of game play.
Scamming Using false information to obtain a users account ID or password.
Stealing Another Player's ID If we determine that a player has been using another player's ID illegally, we will terminate the account and/or revert the existing account to the rightful owner. We will take a similar approach to cases of account sharing.
Sharing Accounts K2 Network does not allow or support accounts that are shared with the exception of a parent sharing an account with a minor child.
Identical Submissions Using the Customer Service Ticketing system to submit multiple tickets for the same issue.
